I Am Not a Baker- Banana Bread Muffins Recipe

I am not a baker. Most things I bake never come out right.
The kids may like it, but hubby doesn't or I wont like it myself.
So, why do I keep trying?
Its very therapeutic for me. I like the idea of putting it all in and seeing if it comes out right.
I love the mystery of all. I want to master a few of the basic baked goods.
My favorite and best tasting baked good are my Biscuits and Sugar Cookies.
Everything else is a toss up.

Earlier this week I made Banana Bread Muffins.
They tasted really good and I'm going to share it with you.

In a bowl I added
1 cup of softened butter
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tea spoon of salt
1 table spoon of baking powder
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1 table spoon of vanilla

     Mixed it all together
Then I added
3 mashed bananas
2 eggs
mixed again

Then I sifted 2 1/2 cups of flour
(use self rising, I did not)
 Add to baking cups
and sprinkle with sugar

I baked for 25-30 minutes
at 400 degrees
Makes 24
The taste was wonderful. Just enough sweet and banana flavor.
A little dense but I'll make them again for sure.
Is there something you like doing but are not very good at it yet? Let me know in the
comments below.
