Im felling better

crafts today are above. Simple b-day card.

Today I was not feeling that well. Felt like the FLU !!!
But now its gone away.
Maybe my body is going in shock because of my dieting and exercising.
Today For breakfast i had 2 slices of toast (with butter)
For snack i had (a small baggie) crasins.
Lunch "easy mac" ( only 240 calories)
And dinner i had a baked potato ( with butter and a dash of salt)

I had about 4 bottles of water (9oz each)

I exercised about 47 minutes total. Walked about 40 minutes in all.
