getting in shape

Today I worked out for about 40 minutes.
i walked a total of 30 minutes.
i am so proud of myself.
For breakfast I ate 2 homemade pancakes 8oz. of water
For smack i had a piece of toast 8oz. of water
Lunch i ate a bean burrito 8oz. of water
dinner i ate half of a chicken wrap ( i was full) 8oz. of water
no crafting today .... but i have a lot of projects lined up...
